Return to Duty Test cost
The cost of the Drug Test is included in the $150.00 fee, however, these are extra expenses to prepare for:
- You will need to purchase two Clearinghouse Queries for a total of $2.50.
- $65.00 Alcohol Test, only if the driver is required by their SAP Counselor to do both Drug and Alcohol Testing. This will be billed to the driver before the test is scheduled.
- Please make sure you are prepared to take and pass an observed drug screen. There will be no refunds on failed tests.
